Blind Warranty

Blinds are non-refundable, non-returnable, they are custom made to order.  If you wish to cancel your order, the request must be made within 24 hours in writing, for your records as well as ours. If it can be cancelled, you will be given a "cancellation #", in writing.  If it cannot be cancelled, you will be advised accordingly. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of your request, you must call our office to obtain a cancellation #, if it is possible to cancel.

If the product is defective damaged at the time of arrival, you must notify us immediately. If the damage or defect is repairable, we reserve the right to repair it. If not repairable, we will replace it. We must be allowed to inspect it before we replace it.

We do have a lifetime warranty on any parts, repairs and damages, however after one year the customer must pay shipping and labor costs.

Carpet & Area Rug Warranty

Wall to Wall Carpeting:

We honor every manufacturer's warranty available.

Should the carpet come to you defective, damaged or the incorrect color, we will provide all the help necessary to satisfy your order correctly.

We will replace all or part of the defective area or have it returned for testing.

It is Non-Refundable, but will be replaced in some way.

Area Rugs:

Custom made to order. Takes 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Area Rugs are returnable, but the customer must pay freight back to the mill. Please call our customer service department for a Return Goods Authorization number. (RGA)
